What if i move home? |
| A: |
Within your welcome pack, we provide a Home Move certificate, if you purchase a new system, and have completed at least 12 months, we will transfer the agreement to your new home. If the new owner signs a new agreement, you will be eligible for a 50% discount on your new system. Even if the new owner does not want to subscribe the house can still be sold with the benefit of a Life safety system. |

Will the system have police response? |
| A: |
You can decide. The system complies with all police regulations, if police response is desired, there is a one off URN fee and you need to complete a hazard form. Contact us for more details. |

What about my insurance company? |
| A: |
The system will meet with grade 2 and you will be eligible for a discount** on your insurance premium (contact your insurance company for details). |

Will my monthly charges be increased during the contract? |
| A: |
We may be forced to increase our monthly charges if circumstances beyond our control demand this. However, we do guarantee that any increases will not be above 5% and that there will be no more than one in any twelve-month period. |
